Andrea Fanfani began his journey in 1973 in Florence, grounded in the rich tradition of Florentine craftsmanship and refined decoration techniques. Immersed in artisan workshops of the city’s San Frediano district, he absorbed centuries-old methods—such as carving, gold-leaf application, and the ancient Florentine “guazzo” technique—and set out to interpret them through his own creative vision. Alongside his sons Marco and Roberto, Andrea has guided the firm into a distinguished family of artisans, now globally recognized for authentic Italian classic furniture that marries sculptural detail with heritage craftsmanship.
Today, the company operates from two 3,000 m² facilities in Ginestra Fiorentina, just outside Florence, delivering more than 400 production models in a broad spectrum of techniques, finishes, fabrics, and leathers—each customizable to exacting client specifications. From entire villa setups to bespoke statement pieces, their output spans living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, study areas, and luxurious accessories, with options like solid wood carving, hand-applied 23‑kt gold or silver leaf, and surface treatments that elevate every element into handcrafted luxury
